Which personal information we collect and why we collect it

The personal information we receive from you includes your name and contact details. We also ask you for some additional information to customize our services. We collect this information in order to maintain our contract with you to provide you with our services and improve them. It includes sending you email information about workshops and sessions. If you want to receive our electronic monthly, we will use your contact information to inform you about our activities and offers.

We respectfully ask that persons under eighteen (18) years of age do not provide us with any information.

Contact form

When you request information or contact us in the ways described above, we may record your name, email, Skype Name, telephone number, gender, date of birth, citizenship, profession, address, photo, special skills, experience and feedback.

When you sign up for one of our events, we collect confidential and personally sensitive information to make the experience as useful as possible for you. If you send us sensitive data, you will expressly consent to processing that data and storing it.

To pay for participation, service, membership, donation, we may require you to provide debit/credit card details, including card number, start and end dates, and card confirmation value code (CVV / CVC). If you require a refund, we may request bank information to process that refund. In both cases, we will not retain your data. It will be stored it by the bank in the country where you registered for the workshop or via PayPal following their regulations. Your financial information is recorded via PayPal, but we cannot store or save it. We only retain your name, email address, payment date, and payment amount.

Cookies

The website of the Artemus Association: artemus.hr, uses cookies to make it easier for you to customize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that a web server places on your hard drive. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer.

If you have an account and sign in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain personal information and is rejected when you close your browser. When you sign in, we will also set a few cookies to save your login information and screen selection. Login cookies last for two days, and the cookie screen options last for one year. If you select “Remember me”, the application will take two weeks. If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not contain personal information and simply identifies the zip code of the article you just edited. It expires after one (1) day.
